Edgewater at Gulf Harbor commercial landscape upgrade and maintenance
The property manager for this community is a long-time client of ours and we have serviced many of his other properties. He asked us to come in and do a light upgrade to various neighborhoods in the Edgewater community which is within Gulf Harbor Yacht & Country Club. George W. Bush used to stay at Gulf Harbor when he visited Ft. Myers! Some of the plants involved in the upgrade include:
-Large burgandy, Orange, and Zebra bromeliads (tropical air plants from South America)
-Variegated Arboricola (dwarf Schefflera)
-FL native Firebush
The resulting landscape is a bit more colorful than before, low maintenance, and tropical. We have also been asked to come in and service some of these areas due to our expertise with proper pruning, trimming, and maintaining rare ornamentals such as bromeliads.
Some of our featured residential landscapes are also within the Gulf Harbor community. Visit our residential portfolio to see a picture (top left) of a client in the south part of Gulf Harbor. She has had us continually upgrade her private landscape for the past eight years! Her collection now boasts nearly 100 varieties of palm trees, dozens of rare cycads, and a host of tropical bromeliads growing throughout the entire property.
